Description	A retrospective study of a set of 90 patients with squamous cells carcinoma of Waldayer´s circuit treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,surgery,irradiation and adjuvant chemotherapy. A paraffine block of tumor biopsy taken before and after chemotherapy is at disposal. Monitoring the changes of the DNA profiel by means of flow cytometry should reveal the suitability of this therapeutical algorithm as well as verify the possibility of applying the DNA profile as a tumor marker in the ENT clinical practice. (en) Retrospekt. studie souboru 90 nemocných se spinocelulárními karcinomy Waldayerova lymfatic. okruhu, léčených neoadjuvantní chemoterapií, chirurgic. léčbou, ozářen. a adjuvantní chemoter. Je k dispozici parafin.blok nádor. biopsie před a po chemoterapii. Monitorování změn DNA profilu pomocí flow cytometrie by mělo odhalit jednak vhodnost tohoto léčebného algoritmu, jednak ověřit možnost použití DNA profilu jako nádorového markeru v ORL klinické praxi.
