  • The role of NO was demonstrated during the regeneration of cucumber protoplasts and antioxidant role in protoplasts and leaf discs of tobacco and cucumber. The role of NO was also shown in tomato leaf discs exposed to pathogen. The role of NO was confirmed during the germination of tomato seeds under normal and osmotic stress conditions. (en)
  • Byla objasněna role NO při regeneraci protoplastů okurky a antioxidační funkce NO u protoplastů i listových disků tabáku a okurky. Na listových discích rajčete byla objasněna role NO v reakci na patogen. Byla potvrzena role NO při klíčení semen rajčete za normálních podmínek i při osmotickém stresu. (cs)
