Description
| - The goal of the project is experimental and theoretical investigation of properties of molecular materials, DNA and bioanalogical materials suitable for nanodevices. This will concern physical characteristics of studied materials as generation and transport of charge carriers, conductivity, optical absorption, photoluminescence, transistor effect, carrier capture and recombination. We aim to find reproducible processes of samples preparations with well defined conductivity. Also we plan to make progress in nanoelectronic elements preparation. With the aim to make progress in preparation of nanoelectronic samples we shall perform measurements on samples with individual molecules and bundles with emphasis put on DNA molecules. We also plan to develop carrier transport theoretical models and to apply this description to transport in molecular wires. (en)
- Cílem předkládaného projektu je experimentální a teoretický výzkum vlastností molekulárních materiálů, DNA a bioanalogických materiálů vhodných pro nanosoučástky. Půjde o zjišťování fyzikálních charakteristik studovaných látek, jako generaci a transport nosičů náboje, vodivost, optickou absorpci, fotoluminiscenci, transistorový efekt, záchyt a rekombinaci nosičů.
