Elimination of the noise emission is object of high importance in automotive industry in recent time. The noiseof common sources of modern car was diminished to a very low level. Therefore the unusual noisephenomenon, which used to be minor parts of the overall noise, becomes more and more important. The sleeve bearing of the half-axle into the differential could be typical example. This node is source of undesirable noise in particular operation conditions.Target of the proposed project is universal half-axle bearing simulation model assembling and creation usablemethodology for design and tuning of mentioned node in wide area of operational modes. Creation and test of the suitable methodology for operating identification of parameters (bearing stiffness, damping characteristics of the environment) is partial aim of the project. (en)
