Description	The aim of the project is to study some open problems connected with the theory of Sobolev or more general function spaces. Some of these problems were already studied in the Ph.D. thesis of the applicant and also during his postdoc stay in Finland. The special interest will be given to the study of mappings of finite distortion and to the study of limiting embeddings. Special emphasis will be given to properties which are needed in applications, e. g. in PDE's or problems of the calculus of variations.The project will focus e.g. on the following goals: (1) regularity of an inverse of a Sobolev homeomorphism (2) regularity of a composition of two Sobolev mappings (3) openness and discreteness of mappings of finite distortion (4) study of an embedding of Orlicz-Sobolev spaces into exponential Orlicz spaces. (en) Cílem projektu je studium některých otevřených problémů v teorii Sobolevových a obecnějších prostorů funkcí. Některé problémy byly již studovány v Ph.D. práci navrhovatele a také během jeho postdoc pobytu ve Finsku. Pozornost bude věnována zejména studiuzobrazení s konečnou distorzí a studiu limitních vnoření. Bude kladen důraz na vlastnosti, které jsou potřeba v aplikacích, jako jsou parciální diferenciální rovnice nebo variační počet. Projekt se zaměří například na následující cíle: (1) regularita inverze homeomorfismu v Sobolevově prostoru (2) regularita složení dvou Sobolevovských zobrazení (3) otevřenost a diskrétnost zobrazení s konečnou distorzí (4) studium vnoření Orlicz-Sobolevových prostorů do exponenciálních Orliczových prostorů.
