Goal of this project is to fabricate photonics structures as optical Y-branches and microresonators using easy fabrication process and low cost materials. Photonics structures will be designed by using RSoft software. I chose new type polymer Su-8 for my research due to its unique optical and mechanical properties (Low optical losses 0.08 - 1.5 dB/cm at wavelength 632.8 do 1550 nm, suitable refractive indices). Except Su-8 polymer there will be the structures fabricated by PMMA and cyclotene polymer. At first I will fabricate elementary optical components such are channel waveguides and optical Y-branches. Then I will try to fabricate optical microresonators. There will be used two procedures for structures fabrication. The first procedure is new technology process which is now under development. The principle of this procedure is based on influencing refractive index of PMMA by electrical field. It is a new method which is now under investigation. Cílem projektu je výroba optického mikroresonátoru pomocí jednoduché technologie z levných materiálů. Struktury budou vyráběny novou technologií, kde index lomu polymeru je ovlivňován pomocí působení elektrického pole, a nebo druhou metodou, kde vytvoření motivu bude provedeno optickou litografií.
