  • The investigators have met project objectives. The defence mechanisms activation and signaling pathways of oilseed rape involved in disease resistance was investigated. β-aminobutyric acid was called into question as a resistance inducer because of its direct antifungal effect. The results were published in 3 IF journals (IF 1,413 - 4,431 - MPMI), 1 manuscript was submitted for publication. (en)
  • Řešitelé splnili cíle projektu. Popsali základní signální dráhy řídící obranné mechanismy rostlin B. napus proti Leptosphaeria maculans. Zjistili, že kyselina β-aminomáselná vykazuje antifungální účinky k širokému spektru hub, není induktor resistence. Výsledky řešení byly publikovány ve 3 časopisech s IF 1,413 - 4,431 (Molecular Plant Microbe Interactions). 1 manuscript byl odeslán k publikaci. (cs)
