| Description
| - Synthesis of new bifunctional chelators derived from azacycles with acetic and methylphosphonic/phosphinic acid pendants, study of their coordination ability toward transition metals and lanthanoids and comparison of the coordination ability between freechelator and the chelator bonded to the simple biomolecule should be main part of the project. Thermodynamic (stability constants, isomerism) as well as kinetic (formation and dissociation rates of complexes, water exchange rate etc.) properties of the complexes will be investigated on the parent compounds of the bifunctional ligands to learn more about structure/properties relations caused by introduction of phosphorus acid group. - Hlavní součástí projektu by měla býti syntéza nových bifunkčních ligandů odvozených od azacyklů s acetátovými a methylfosfonovými nebo fosfinovými kyselinami jako pendantními skupinami. Budou studovány jejich koordinační schopnosti vůči přechodným kovům a lanthanoidům. Budou srovnávány vlastnosti jednoduchých volných bifunkčních ligandů a jejich komplexů s vlastnostmi ligandů a komplexů vázaných na jednoduchou biomolekulu. Termodynamické (konstanty stability, isomerizace) i kinetické (rychlosti tvorby adisociace komplexů, rychlost výměny vody atd.) vlastnosti budou zkoumány na komplexech jednodušších ligandů odvozených od ligandů bifunkčních. To umožní získat více poznatků o vztahu mezi strukturou a vlastnostmi komplexů po změně struktury ligandu způsobenou zavedením kyselé fosforové skupiny.
