Description	The Project addresses the issue of development of the TŽ production program of new groups of alloyed steels, ferritic, austenitic and martensitic steels for production of seamless hot rolled tubes. Tubes of that group are inquired due to the use in the power engineering for building of boiler systems parts in USC boilers in new types of coal combusting power stations. Solving the Project, the emphasis will be laid on development steels, however, also on optimization of the charge casting technology and seamless tube production technology with following thermal treatment.The Project will be solved in cooperation with the research base applying a method of physical and mathematical modeling of hardening and forming processes and production base oriented on processes applying the research outputs in actual operation conditions. The Project solves completely a development of a large spectrum of sophisticated steels in order to provide a significant position of TŽ in supplies of the much demanded an (en) Projekt řeší problematiku vývoje zavedení do výrobního programu TŽ nových skupin legovaných ocelí feritických, austenitických a 9-12 % Cr pro výrobu bezešvých za tepla válcovaných trub. Trubky z této skupiny jsou poptávány z důvodů využití v energetickém strojírenství pro výstavbu částí kotlových systémů v USC kotlích v nových typech elektráren na spalování uhlí. Důraz při řešení projektu bude kladen na vývoj ocelí, ale zároveň na optimalizaci technologie odlévání vsázky a technologii výroby bezešvých trubek s následným tepelným zpracováním. Projekt bude řešen ve spolupráci výzkumné základny používající metody fyzikálního a matematického modelování tuhnutí a tvářecích pochodů a výrobní základny se zaměřením na procesy, která dané výstupy bádání aplikuje do reálných provozních podmínek. Projekt řeší komplexně vývoj širokého spektra sofistikovaných ocelí pro zajištění významného postavení TŽ v dodávkách velmi žádané a rentabilní komodity bezešvá trubka pro strategicky významný trh %22energetiku%22
