Description	DNA in nucleus is wrapped into nucleo-protein structure known as chromatin. Any transaction on DNA requires interactions of chromatin with transcription, replication or gene repair factors. Three independet laboratories with expertise in leukemia/tumor-associated transcription and chromatin-modifying factors propose following studies. Whole genome high throughput analysis of chromatin structure and its interactions with the key molecules involved in tumor/leukemia development are herein proposed in order to 1) identify mechanisms of cancer/leukemia transformation on chromatin level using ChIP on chip technology, 2) to develop diagnostic tools based on tumor-associated chromatin structure signature. (en) Genom je zabalen v buněčném jádře do nukleoproteinové struktury označované jako chromatin. Jakékoli transakce na DNA vyžadují interakci chromatinu s transkripčními, replikačními a reparačními faktory. Struktura chromatinu na úrovní celého genomu a jeho interakce s klíčovými faktory nádorové transformace solidních tumorů a leukemií budou studovány metodikami mikročipové hybridizace za účelem identifikovat mechanismy nádorové transformace.
