  • Vrstvy naprášeného amorfního uhlíku vysoké kvality a velmi vysoké radiační stability budou využívány jako reflexní optické prvky pro lasery na volných elektronech pracující ve vakuovém ultrafialovém a měkkém rentgenovém oboru. Práh poškození takové vrstvy byl pro 98-nm fokusované záření VUV FEL na DESY stanoven v okolí 70 mJ/cm2. (cs)
