Description
  • The theory, optical, mechanical and software design for a special Hartmann wavefront analyzer is presented. This method is applied for the non-contact method of concave mirrors shape measurements. The Joint Laboratory of Optics produces segmented mirrors for the Pierre Auger observatory fluorescent detector [1] and we use this method as the objective measurement of this spherical mirror segments. These segments are unique because they are light and ultra-thin. The production of mirrors is based on standard operations commonly used in the optical industry (cutting, drilling, milling, grinding and polishing), with the difference that they are extremely thin. This fact can cause segment shape instability in the production process. This method objectively defines the shape and specifies the difference of the segment shape from an ideal surface in micrometer accuracy.

  • V tomto textu je prezentována speciální varianta takzvaného Hartmannova testu vlnoplochy. Tato metoda je zde aplikována pro měření tvaru konkávních zrcadel. Společná laboratoř optiky vyrábí segmenty zrcadel pro fluorescenční teleskop v rámci projektu Pierre Auger [1], tato metoda je užita pro objektivní měření kvality tvaru těchto zrcadlových segmentů. Tato zrcadla jsou zcela unikátní pro jejich extrémně malou tloušťku. Jejich výroba je založena na principu používaném při výrobě klasických optických prvků (ořezání, frézování, broušení, leštění a nanesení tenkých vrstev) s tím rozdílem, že tato zrcadla jsou velice tenká. Tento fakt může zapříčinit tvarovou nestabilitu těchto zrcadel. Naše varianta Hartmanova testu může objektivně určit odchylku tvaru zrcadlového segmentu od ideální plochy. (cs)
