Description
| - Transients of chlorophyll fluorescence emission are widely used to estimate kinetics, yield and regulation of photosynthetic processes in intact plants. In this chapter, we introduce concepts and terms required for a qualified application of the technique. An overview of relevant processes that occur on different timescale, from picoseconds to organism lifetime is provided as reference framework for description of approximation and models connecting physiologically relevant photosynthetic parameters and the fluorescence data.We also describe models including Photosystem II heterogenity and short living radicals than can affect plant-Chl fluorescencne emission

- Změny ve fluorescenci chlorofylu jsou používány k odhadu kinetik, výtěžku a regulace fotosyntetických procesů v intaktních rostlinách. V této kapitole uvádíme koncepty a tremíny, které jsou nezbytné pro kvalifikovanou aplikaci techniky. Uvádíme zde také přehled relevantních procesů různých časových škál, které mohou sloužit jako reference pro modelování a popis souvisejících fyziologicky relevantních fotosyntetických parametrů a fluorescenčních dat. Popisujeme také modely zahrnující heterogenitu Photosystému II a radikálů s krátkou dobou životnosti, které mohou ovlivnit fluorescenční emisi chlorofylu rostlin (cs)
