Description	Three harmful metals were determined using AAS techniques in 285 samples of fruiting bodies of 15 wild-growing edible mushroom species. The mushrooms were collected from a forest on the fringe of a historical area of silver mining. The metals were also determined in a topsoil organic layer sampled within the observed area. As compared to background levels from unpolluted sites, cadmium contents were considerably elevated in nearly all the tested species; lead contents were increased in most of the species, while mercury contents were elevated only in certain accumulating species. Obsah tří toxických kovů byl stanoven metodou AAS. Celkem bylo analyzováno 285 vzorků 15 volně rostoucích, jedlých druhů hub. Houby byly shromážděné z lesů, které přiléhají území historické těžby stříbra. Obsah kovů byl rovněž stanoven v horní, organické vrstvě půdy. Při porovnání s pozaďovými hodnotami z nezatížených lokalit bylo zjištěno, že obsah kadmia je významně zvýšený skoro u všech analyzovaných druhů. Také obsah olova byl zvýšený u většiny druhů, zatímco u rtuti byly zaznamenány vyšší hodnoty pouze u kumulujících druhů. (cs)
