  • Jedinečná technologie určování troposférických zpoždění ze signálu GPS byla vyvinuta na Geodetické observatoři Pecný (GOP). Byla jednorázově ověřena při mezinárodní srovnávací kampani projektu COST-716, ovšem od té doby jsou výsledky i nadále pravidelně přejímány a tím rutinně ověřovány v rámci projektu 'EUMETNET GPS Water Vapor Programme' (E-GVAP) do numerických modelů počasí různými meteorologickými službami v Evropě. GOP technologie je rovněž využívána např. v Holandském královském meteorologickém institutu (KNMI) a na základě zájmu byla předána také na Nový Zéland, do Číny i na Slovensko. (cs)
  • Unique technology of the zenith troposphere delay estimation using ground-based GPS stations was originally developed at the Geodetic Observatory Pecný (GOP). The technology was tested during the special COST-716 campaign and hereafter the results are regularly verified within the %22EUMETNET GPS Water Vapor Programme%22 (E-GVAP) in assimilation into the numerical weather models in various meteorological services in Europe. The GOP technology has been also used at the Royal Meteorological Institute of the Netherlands (KNMI) and on demand it was provided to the New Zeland, China and Slovakia.
