  • Získat biologická agens využitelná v integrovaných systémech produkce zemědělských komodit. Navrhnout nekonvenční postupy ochrany rostlin použitelné v int. systémech výroby zemědělských produktů vedoucí ke snížení výnosových ztrát. (cs)
  • Crop production is one of the important economic activities in the Czech Republic which increases the regional stability. Phytoparasitic nematodes belong to the pests of cultural plants and their importance is often disregarded. Symptoms caused on cultural plants by nematodes are often ascribed to other e.g. abiotic factors. This fact contributes greatly to uncontrollable spreading and reproducing of the nematodes. The nematodes of the genera Globodera, Ditylenchus and Meloidogyne belong to species which cause the most serious damages on cultural plants. A present method of the crop protection uses mainly the chemical treatment. Because of the nematicides high toxicity and their negative influence on non-target organisms which leads to lowering of soil micro and macrofauna diversity usage of these substances is not preferred in the systems of integrated pest management.
