Description
| - Pulsed photothermal radiometry is a method used for thin film thermal effusivity measurements, determination of thin film thermal conductitivity and volumetric specific heat. The experimental system is composed of a source ArF excimer laser, beam splitter, energy meter, sample holder, off axis parabolic mirrors and two liquid nitrogen cooled IR detectors. 1D transient heat conduction model is created in COMSOL Multiphysics as a simulation of temperature change in material irradiated.

- Pulzní fototepelná radiometrie je metoda používaná pro měření tepelné efuzivity tenkých vrstev, z níž se dále určuje tepelná vodivost a objemová měrná tepelná kapacita. Experimentální systém se skládá ze zdroje ArF excimerního laseru, spliteru, měřiče energie, držáku vzorku, mimoosých parabolických zrcadel a dvou dusíkem chlazených IR detektorů. 1D nestacionární model vedení tepla je vytvořen v COMSOL Multiphysics k simulaci teplotních změn v materiálů působením laserového svazku.
