Description
  • The biological half-life of bromide, as a substitute for chloride and sodium, was investigated with the aid of the radionuclide 82Br in animals situated in very different physiological states, i.e., in lactating and nonlactating female rats as well as in young rats of various ages. Nonweaned young rats (12-d old) had the longest half-life (269 h) and lactating dams the shortest (44 h).

  • S pomocí radionuklidu 82Br jsme zjišťovali velikost biologického poločasu bromidu, namísto poločasu chloridu a sodíku, u zvířat nacházejících se ve velmi rozdílných fyziologických stavech, t.j. u laktujících a nelaktujících samic potkana a u různě starých potkaních mláďat. Nejdelší poločas jsme zjistili u neodstavených mláďat a nejkratší u kojících samic. (cs)
