  • Tři biomimetické systémy, generující hydroxylové radikály, složené z Cu(II), peroxidu vodíku a kys. glukarové, pyridinu nebo kys. jantarové, dekolorizovaly odpady z tekuté lisování oliv (OMW) o 85 % za 3 dny a významně snižovaly celkový obsah fenolů (>75 %). Nejefektivnější byl systém, obsahující 50 mmol/L kys. jantarové, 5-10 mmol/L CuSO4 a 100 mmol/L H2O2 (cs)
