Description	Methods were developed for the analysis of natural antioxidants including phenolic compounds and flavonoids in beverages and plant extracts using gradient HPLC with multi-channel electrochemical coulometric detection. Suitability of various reversedphase columns for this purpose was compared; pH and mobile phase gradients were optimized with respect to the separation selectivity and sensitivity of detection. The methods were applied to the analysis of phenolic compounds and flavonoids in beer, wine and tea. 32 phenolic compounds were identified and determined. (en) Byly vyvinuty metody pro analýzy přírodních antioxidantů včetně fenolických sloučenin a flavonoidů v nápojích a rostlinných extraktů s využitím gradientové HPLC s multikanálovou elektrochemickou coulometrickou detekcí. Za tímto účelem byly porovnány různé reverzní fáze kolon, pH a gradienty mobilní fáze byly optimalizovány s ohledem na separační selektivitu a citlivost. Metody byly aplikovány na analýzy fenolických sloučenin a flavonoidů v pivu, vínu a čaji. Bylo identifikováno a stanoveno 32 fenolických sloučenin. (cs)
