Biobutanol became a perspective renewable source of energy used as an alternative motor fuel. The valuable information about biobutanol fermentation process using raw-materials originating from agricultural production will be received. The conditions and parameters of biobutanol production will be optimized to be realy fit for application in the #ORIGch Republic. In the consequent part of the project, information about behaviour of biobutanol-petrol blends during storage and distribution and also in SI engines will be obtained. Valuable information about amount a composition of regulated exhaust emissions as well as other organic pollutants will be obtained as a result of the project proposed. Effect on the degradation of the engine oil in test car fueled with the biobutanol-petrol blends and operated in the on-the-road traffic will also be evaluated. (en)
