(3) Pov\u011B\u0159en\u00ED k v\u00FDkonu \u010Dinnosti podle odstavce 2 mus\u00ED obsahovat jm\u00E9no zam\u011Bstnance \u010Cesk\u00E9 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekce, p\u0159edm\u011Bt inspek\u010Dn\u00ED \u010Dinnosti, o kter\u00E9 m\u00E1 vystavit odborn\u00FD posudek, ozna\u010Den\u00ED \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, datum a \u010Das \u010Dinnosti, jm\u00E9no \u0161koln\u00EDho inspektora, kter\u00FD pov\u011B\u0159en\u00E9ho zam\u011Bstnance vede, a podpis \u00FAst\u0159edn\u00EDho \u0161koln\u00EDho inspektora.

\r\n

(4) Pokud \u0161koln\u00ED inspektor zjist\u00ED, \u017Ee nebyly odstran\u011Bny nedostatky zji\u0161t\u011Bn\u00E9 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekc\u00ED nebo nebyly vytvo\u0159eny podm\u00EDnky pro v\u00FDkon inspek\u010Dn\u00ED \u010Dinnosti, m\u016F\u017Ee ulo\u017Eit odpov\u011Bdn\u00E9mu pracovn\u00EDkovi po\u0159\u00E1dkovou pokutu a\u017E do v\u00FD\u0161e 1000 K\u010D, a to i op\u011Btovn\u011B. Pokutu lze ulo\u017Eit do jednoho roku ode dne nespln\u011Bn\u00ED povinnosti. V\u00FDnosy z pokut jsou p\u0159\u00EDjmem st\u00E1tn\u00EDho rozpo\u010Dtu \u010Cesk\u00E9 republiky.

\r\n

(5) Pro st\u0159edn\u00ED zdravotnick\u00E9 \u0161koly vykon\u00E1v\u00E1 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekci Ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ED sv\u00FDmi \u0161koln\u00EDmi inspektory, pro odborn\u00FD v\u00FDcvik Ministerstvo hospod\u00E1\u0159stv\u00ED sv\u00FDmi \u0161koln\u00EDmi inspektory.

\r\n

(5) V\u00FDsledky zji\u0161t\u011Bn\u00ED a hodnocen\u00ED \u0161koln\u00EDch inspektor\u016F jsou zaznamen\u00E1ny formou inspek\u010Dn\u00EDch zpr\u00E1v. Inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1vy jsou ulo\u017Eeny ve \u0161kole nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9m za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED a u \u00FAzemn\u011B p\u0159\u00EDslu\u0161n\u00E9ho org\u00E1nu \u010Cesk\u00E9 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekce. Inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1vy jsou ve\u0159ejn\u011B p\u0159\u00EDstupn\u00E9 u \u00FAzemn\u011B p\u0159\u00EDslu\u0161n\u00E9ho org\u00E1nu \u010Cesk\u00E9 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekce a ve \u0161kole nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9m za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED od data vyd\u00E1n\u00ED po dobu deseti let.

(6) V inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1v\u011B se uv\u00E1d\u00ED ozna\u010Den\u00ED inspek\u010Dn\u00EDho org\u00E1nu a inspektor\u016F na inspekci z\u00FA\u010Dastn\u011Bn\u00FDch, ozna\u010Den\u00ED kontrolovan\u00E9ho p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00EDho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, m\u00EDsto a \u010Das proveden\u00ED inspekce, p\u0159edm\u011Bt inspekce, zji\u0161t\u011Bn\u00ED a hodnocen\u00ED inspekce, ozna\u010Den\u00ED doklad\u016F a ostatn\u00EDch materi\u00E1l\u016F, o kter\u00E9 se zji\u0161t\u011Bn\u00ED op\u00EDr\u00E1. Inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1vu podepisuj\u00ED inspekto\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ED se inspekce z\u00FA\u010Dastnili, a \u0159editel kontrolovan\u00E9ho p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00EDho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED.

(7) V\u00FDsledky inspek\u010Dn\u00ED \u010Dinnosti jsou povinni zam\u011Bstnanci inspekce projednat s \u0159editelem p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00EDho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED. P\u00EDsemnou inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1vu o zji\u0161t\u011Bn\u00EDch a hodnocen\u00ED jsou povinni zam\u011Bstnanci inspekce bez zbyte\u010Dn\u00E9ho odkladu zaslat z\u0159izovateli, \u0161kolsk\u00E9mu \u00FA\u0159adu, \u0159editeli p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00EDho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED a rad\u011B \u0161koly, pokud byla z\u0159\u00EDzena. P\u0159ipom\u00EDnky k obsahu inspek\u010Dn\u00ED zpr\u00E1vy m\u016F\u017Ee \u0159editel p\u0159ed\u0161koln\u00EDho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED, \u0161koly nebo \u0161kolsk\u00E9ho za\u0159\u00EDzen\u00ED podat \u010Cesk\u00E9 \u0161koln\u00ED inspekci do 14 dn\u016F po jej\u00EDm obdr\u017Een\u00ED.
