"The objective of the proposed IRP is focused of the environmental studies which are regarded as the natural-social system, developing in the space and time. The principal part of the IRP can be identify as an intentional shift from the observation of the %22maintenance of ecological equilibrium state%22to the %22dynamics of natural systems%22 studies. Natural systems are characterised by their spatial and functional dynamics, which is possible simplify as the flow of energy, mass and information. The global change impact is regarded as a not only important environmental factor, but its can be regarded as an impulse for new biotechnologies application.
