The paper focuses on the dynamic characteristics of the space instrument DUMMY. This is a substitute of flight hardware. It must also met the dynamic requirements for payload goals. The goal of the work was to compare resulats of experiment modal analysis (OMA) and FEM model data. The modes almost correspond to experimental modes. Frequency analysis was also performed and the results are compared with experiment parameters.
