"The data from measurements of the AFM, FTIR and Raman Spectroscopy of undoped and doped CdTe/(CdZn)Te samples have been compared within the project and the defect structure will be characterized. Some samples will be annealed at various annealing conditions to change their defect structure and carrier concentration. Additionally, using FTIR - Raman Spectroscopy and Kelvin probe we can calculate the energy gap and the work function of the samples before and after annealing. Morphology of the sample surfaces has been also presented depending on the fabrication method. Moreover, Hall conductivity measurements as function of temperature will present the electronic behavior of the different samples aiming at the optimum selection of material. Finally, a new theoretical model for the defect formation is going to be presented. Obtained results will be published in international journal with impact factor."@en . .
