The Research Plan is aimed at the research in use of composite materials in primerstructures of devices based on the principle of rotating lifting surface. Beside their main aerodynamics purpose these devices are accumulators of kinetic energy generated by rotation and a failure of any part of their primary structure can cause seriousimpactsto the operational safety and reliability of the devices.
