The subject of research intention is a development of analytical methods neccesary for the study of transformations of physiolo-gically active substances, synthesis, study of properties and reactivity of heterocyclic compounds with the expected ability of inhibition of topoisomerases and phosphodiesterases and intercalation into nucleic acids. The integral part of the solutionis the identification of substances in natural materials. Both small molecules of activators or inhibitors of enzymes as well as enzymes will be studied.
