As nanofillers, unmodified and organically modified clays were used. Next the films were prepared by the chill-roll technology. Organically modified clay fillers show good level of intercalation and improvement. From the viewpoint of biodegradation the microbial decomposition and abiotic hydrolysis were accelerated comparing pure PLA."@en .
