The sealing element is placed into the major parting plane, subsequently the injection mold is closed to avoid the contact of core and cavity plates, where the sealing element has created a hermetically sealed cavity. Therefore it is necessary to prepare functional sample of elastic material. Thus, silicone rubber with cure system reacting with oxygen was chosen as a material for production. Breathing channels in the mold cause a pressure drop in the cavity leading to full closure of a mold.
