Impact of filler loading on resulting magnetic properties of plastic bonded magnet as well as maximal possible loading was investigated using a model system (binder: silicon elastomer Sylgard 182 and hard magnetic filler: MagneQuench) for following volume loadings: 40, 50 and 60 %. Achieved results were compared with commercially available plastic bonded magnet on the basis of Nd-B-Fe bonded by epoxy resin (reactoplastic).
