"The present review briefly describes fluoropolymers and their processing by injection moulding. Fluoropolymers, top new generation engineering plastics, are due to a combination of their unique characteristics very specific materials and are therefore used in various industrial sectors. By a method of injection moulding is processed a considerable part of thermoplastically processable fluoropolymers such as PFA, FEP, PVDF, ETFE and ECTFE. Injection moulding of fluoropolymers is demanding not only to the machinery, but also to the experiences of their processors, since it is difficult to set optimal parameters and injection conditions for achieving high quality products and final end-use properties."@en .
