The main goal of the research is to find how to improve the support at the University for students. The findings help to give a better understanding of aspects of students\u00B4 adaptation to the college system for full-time students enrolled in the Faculty of Humanities, at Tomas Bata Umiversity in Zlin, as well as for extramural studies. This research also helps in the field of finding what influences and effects the students\u00B4 adjustment to the college learning environment, with strategies that help to easily adjust into college life, and lead to their subsequent success."@en .
