"Demands on quality and productivity are becoming larger and larger on plastic products. There increased requirements are mainly in automotive industry. Therefore, this article deals with the construction design of an injection mold for concrete products for the automotive industry. Autodesk Moldflow Insight software was used to simulate experiment of injection molding. It examines the various proposals of classical drilled cooling systems and their influence on the deformation and production time. The analysis results show that it mostly affects the productivity, but also the deformation. Appropriate use of these parameters will lead to better quality and less deformation of the product."@en .
