"This paper presents techniques of measurement of RFID modulated signals according to ISO 14443A for RFID operating in frequency range 13.56 MHz. Paper describes measurement with oscilloscope and measurement with the spectrum analyzer operating in the regime zero span. Both types of measurements are discussed with respect to requirements to a necessary loop antenna, signal level and timing of individual commands for ISO 14443A. In cases when measurement is performed with the oscilloscope, the bandstop filter for 13.56 MHz was employed. The filter serves for attenuation of a strong 13.56 MHz carrier. After filtrating the 13.56 Mhz carrier, the remaining weak signal corresponding to a weak signal emitted by a card having subcarrier frequency, is further amplified by an amplifier on by an active probe. Main purpose of the paper is to discuss measurement of RFID modulated signal with the modern digital oscilloscopes which are common in electronic design practice than spectrum analyzers."@en .
