"This is a specialized software for process control of biodiesel production. It is designed for programmable logic controller Saia PCD2.M5540. The software allows you to manage and control the temperature of materials in the reactor. For this was created two-position controller with penalty with settings of bandwidth penalty parameters and penalty constants on base used the reactor. Next controller function is to control the temperature to avoid local overheating (when using other thermometers). Based on the required parameters by dosage recipe software manages each materials. These parameters are determined by formula that can be entered and stored in the programmable controller. For process control have been developed two modes: manual and automatic. In manual mode, you can operate all function independently of each other and the desired formula, meanwhile in automatic mode does not require any interaction operator except to setting the process parameters.Dosage and control of other parameters is performed automatically at the time. Additionally, this mode can be controlled remotely by SMS messages (using the appropriate GSM modem). The control is realized using the integrated web server.You can show and control the technological process on a standard PC or connected the appropriate touch panel to PLC Saia. In addition, the PC can archive some technological parameters recorded during the procedure. This software was created within the research project and is designed for control of biodiesel production and will be used in the laboratory and subsequent pilot plant.
