This area includes issues of galvanic separation, disturbing voltage and signal reduction and verification of signal value. Usage of galvanic separators as well as limit restrictors based upon another principle is covered. This work compares different methods of input and output protection. Another part is a summary of methods for operations related to the value accuracy evaluation during the input capturing before further processing. Operation speed, accuracy, uncertainty in relation to the input types of and their static and dynamic characteristics are considered.
