Five new approaches for constructing the cost functions leading to satisfactory results are presented here. These CF secure fast and precise stabilization of chaotic system. Desired target states of controlled chaotic system were following unstable periodic orbits (UPO): p-1 (fixed point), p-2 and p-4 orbit.
