However, delay terms are an inherent part of many processes, plants and objects. Then the study and control of delay systems have been studied in control theory for decades and a great amount of scientific papers and contributions can be found in this field. However, new principles, approaches and methods are permanently appearing in control theory as well as in applications. The contribution is focused on algebraic approach which defines a special ring and controllers are given through a solution of Diophantine equations in this ring.
