"Efficiency can be characterized as an operator\u00B4s ability to carry out the definite job perform-ance for a unit of time. This performance is being changed during an employee\u00B4s life, or dur-ing the working week or every working day. In evaluating performance we use the employee efficiency curve being affected by many factors. This report is focused on the efficiency curves which analyze a worker ability to fulfil his daily tasks. There was found apparent vari-ability in the development of these curves. On the other hand there are specific regularities valid for all employees without exception.
