"The competent managers, who guarantee that the organization achieves its goals and fulfils its mission and booms, are essential to organizations. If the manager is in his or her work successful, he or she will surely have tacit knowledge that enables him to succeed in the given setting. The present research results indicate that just tacit knowledge belongs to significant factors that decide about manager's success. Tacit knowledge influences the manager's system of working, his or her reactions to events and his or her actions in the organization setting transformation in order to the setting corresponds with his or her needs. The one of areas that tacit knowledge affects and in which it manifests is manager's decision making.
