"Due to the increasing percentage of population suffering from mycosis, it was important to develop and prove new antimycotic substances. The lining and insole\u00B4s materials with effective antimcotic modifications are not necessery only for diabetic shoe but this modification would have been the part of each footwear. Therefore, the main aim of this contribution was the creation of antimycotic modification of textile materials based on monoacylglycerol of caprylic acid which has antimicrobial properties. Further, verification of its effectivity after the contamination with saprophytic mould Aspergillus niger, pathogenic mould Trichophyton mentagrophytes and pathogenic yeast Candida albicans, which the most frequently occur on the feet and in the shoes."@en . .
