"Prototype of special lost mould boards prepared form special cement material type Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) Class 110/130 XF4 was made according to the drawing board shuttering intended to repair the bridge in Benatky made in 2012. Shape, material parameters and the actual recipe UHPC were developed as a result of collaboration between Klokner institute, Skanska, Pontex. Shaped solutions included ensuring both static feature boards for the selected load of 5 kN/m2 and also ensure consistency newly implemented spread with concrete slab construction. To ensure consistency between the slab formwork was selected appropriate to the slab surface profiling and their reinforcing ribs. The board has a dimension of 1670 x 1000 mm. The plate thickness is 20 mm and the height of the stiffening ribs along the perimeter of the 60 mm plate and including internal cross ribs including a 40 mm plate. Prepared prototype of board was subsequently successfully undergone experimental verification of mechanical properties in the laboratory of Klokner Institute to confirm design assumptions and the actual load capacity and durability boards."@en .
