"This paper describes several aspect of development of software for real-time biological signal visualization. Signals are visualized using two dimensional maps. Described system should allow physicians to observe relations between specific stimuli and their influences on human body. Common approach is to record both stimuli and reaction and analyze them after examination. This system allows physician to notice influences of causes which would otherwise pass unnoticed. System is divided into components mutually which communicate via COM interfaces. This arrangement enables for example processing of signals from arbitrary device.
