"The paper describes a parameterized model of TVSA-T fuel assembly of reactor VVER-1000. The model was used in the code MCNPX-2.7.0 for simulation of burn-up for four years at full power. Moreover, parameterized model of fuel assembly Gd-2M used in reactors VVER-440 was created, simulated and analyzed by the same code. From the evaluated results of the simulations, dependency of the neutron energy spectra on the burn-up leved, on the type of fuel rod in the fuel assembly and on the concentration of boric acid in the coolant were determined.
