The cyclic olefin polymer-coated silver hollow glass waveguide having an inner diameter of 700 um and length up to 1.3 m was used as a delivery system base. The changes of beam spatial structures through the transfer system are presented. For Er:YAG laser the waveguide system was also investigated for bent cases.
