"This work deals with impedance and conductivity analysis of carbon black - polystyrene composite layers prepared from the solution of polystyrene in toluene. The aim of the work was comparison of the results obtained by different methods of measurements. The samples were prepared with carbon black concentrations from 1%w to 7%w by coating into Petri dishes. The measurements of impedance and conductivity were carried out after toluene evaporation at room temperature in the frequency region from 0 Hz (DC) up to 100 kHz. The data of three terminal measurement system and Van der Pauw method are presented. It was shown that electrical properties are similar in planar and normal directions.
