"This article deals with aerometrical measurements and probes using for these purposes, with focus on trailing-probes for air-speed and altitude measurements. Results of measurements performed in a wind tunnel are presented in details in this article. All the results were acquired at Aeronautical Research and Test Institute in Prague wind tunnel facility. Characteristics of a new trailing bomb with 7 cm diameter and all electronics embedded in its body are evaluated and compared with other air-data probes. Special attention was placed on performance of a new probe for a new system of position angles measurement. A special measurement system was used for data acquisition within the trailing bomb probe and with some extension also for the position angles measurement system. All measured characteristics are compared with results of computational flow simulation which was performed in ANSYS."@en .
