It utilizes software PI loop for temperature control, the temperature is measured by a PT100 temperature sensor. The AC current flowing through the load is controlled by an optocoupler-driven triac in such a way, so that possibly no DC component will flow through the load. The comunication with user performs either via RS232, or by front-panel keys. With both inputs, the settings of desired temperature, KP and KI constants for PI regulator are possible.
