"Cytoskelet s mikrotubulami je hlavni organizacni struktura eukaryoticke bunky. Vyjmenovane jsou hlavni zdroje vybracniho buzeni elektricky polarnich komponent cytoskeletu. Teplotne stabilizovany, trojite odstinena(elektricky a elektromagneticky mumetalem) mala komora s bodovym senzorem a predzesilovacem byla pouzita k mereni elektrickych oscilaci kvasinkove bunky. Jsou prezentovany predbezne zisteni z elektrickym mereni a bodovych mereni z AFM(Mikroskop Atomovych Sil). Zjisteni souhlasi s Fröhlichovym postulatem koherentnich elektricky polarnych longitudalnich vibraci v biologickych systemech."@cs . . . . . Possible sources of vibrational excitations of electrically polar cytoskeleton components are enumerated. Temperature stabilized, triple screened box (electrically and electromagnetically by mumetal) with point sensor and preamplifiers was used for measurement of electrical oscillations of yeast cell. Preliminary findings of the electrical measurement and local nanomechanical AFM measurements are presented. Findings correspond to the Fröhlich's postulate of coherent electrically polar longitudinal vibrations in biological systems."@en . . "Vaniš, J." . .
