"Comparable measurement of flow through aneurysm phantom had two main goals: To test new model of aneurysm and to validate its properties crucial for UVP measurement. Second goal included the comparison of results of both methods. Two methods were utilized for velocity measurement. A Doppler ultrasound for flow velocity measurement by bouncing high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound). The PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry) was used as comparative method of valuation.
